Congratulations to Ron Birch for having his photo published in Mayís Edition of Runners World, while running the Nick Beer 10km, (it is just a shame they didnít show more of his running vest). Well done Ron.

The following day Duncan travelled to Chirk to compete in the 10km race and got a time of 45.19, which was a great considering the FLAT course he had completed the day before.
WEEKLY TRAINING RUNS
Now that spring is finally with us, and we will be having lighter evenings, it has been suggested by a member of the club that on a Tuesday evening we go for a club run on the Clwydian Hills. We would still meet at 6.00pm at the leisure Centre to organise lifts. This will make a change from running Denbighs 4 PEAKS, Colomendy, Acar y Forwen, Lon Llewellyn and the Castle (thank God).

I haven't got all members e-mail addresses, so if possible can all members e-mail me so I get the newsletter out to people a lot easier and quicker.
THE FAIRY FRECKLED COW TRAIL RACE
Entry forms have now been printed and will be starting to go out to various leisure centres with in the local area, Denbigh ,Ruthin, Rhyl, Abergele, Colwyn Bay and Llandudno. If any member needs a form they can either print it of the web site or if they require a couple for friends, or if they are attending a local race and want to distribute them there, then please speak to either Duncan or Roger.
