Denbigh Harriers Weekly Report 5-11-16

There were nineteen Denbigh Harriers taking part in the 2nd North Wales Cross Country  League race at St. David’s College, Llandudno.   The course was more varied than the first fixture in Mold with its hills and turns. Despite missing three of the faster women the team did well again with four inside the first 45.
